Tim has been a student of yoga since his wife introduced him to the practice in 2014. He has since developed a passion for pranayama and yogic studies that takes his practice far beyond the mat. This passion is evident in his classes, where the focus is on the breath and the meditative nature of yoga asana. He will draw you into a deep state of relaxation with the steadiness and confidence of his voice. When he isn’t practicing yoga, Tim is spending time with his wife, father-in-law, and fur babies in his Chesapeake, VA home.
