Julie offers a breath and anatomy focused flow practice, with modifications for all levels. She has a lighthearted style and encourages students to move with awareness. Julie helps students develop strength and stability while gaining overall flexibility and ease. She believes that each student is their own best teacher and when students pay attention and ask what is and isn't working—and are willing to adjust—they get to participate in a practice and a life filled with purpose and joy.
Julie completed her teacher training at Breathe Yoga Center in Norfolk, VA in 2014. She is currently completing her 500-hour advanced certification with Tiffany Cruikshank and Yoga Medicine.
