Dianna has been a practitioner of yoga for several years. She became more committed to her yoga practice after a breast cancer diagnosis in 2016. Yoga helped to heal her body and spirit after her double mastectomy. She completed her 200-hour teacher certification in June of 2017 after feeling she wanted to share what yoga did for her with others. She feels that yoga is beneficial for both the body and mind, but also believes that yoga can be fun. Her classes are light-hearted and infused with an eclectic blend of great music and her own sense of humor. When she’s not teaching for Beach Belly’s or Bhav Brigade, she’s spending time with her navy husband, her teenage daughter and her dogs.
