Angela graduated from Yax Yoga Concepts 200 Hour Teacher training in 2012 and has been teaching ever since. Her passion for yoga sparked off when she found immense relief from high stress levels and anxiety. She knew there was something more going on than the physical practice. Through yoga she feels we are reconnected to our hearts in the midst of a fast-paced world.
In addition to yoga, she has a passion for holistic health, mindfulness and nutrition, and she studied Health Coaching at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. In her spare time Angela loves to enjoy hiking, the beach, music, her family and her fur-baby.
